About The Event

During the initial stages of the company, the enterprise mainly supplied motherboards to various computer brands and provided testing of their computer peripherals. Due to our abundant maintenance experience and techniques, the company often received commissions from domestic computer manufacturers such as Acer, AOpen, GIGABYTE, and Winstron …etc., to carry out product testing and warranty repairs. However, in response to the demands of global positioning for major manufacturers, we began to offer onsite professional maintenance services in order to provide prompt onsite services for major clients in Taiwan, the Netherlands and Japan. In order to satisfy the clients’ needs for diverse product manufacturing, we have been introducing more diversified maintenance facilities and technologies since 2001. With the steady growth of the business, we have also moved to the Hukou Industrial Park in Hsinchu in an attempt to expand maintenance productivity. New customers were developed besides the existing domestic computer manufacturers, including Getac, Arima, Flextronics, Accton, Lemel, BenQ, MITAC and others. The daily quantity of maintenance and repairs has reached a maximum of 200 cases per day. .

Revival of the mainframe

In addition to the maintenance of motherboards of computers and notebooks, A Win Nation also began to offer integrated RMA service and the RMA maintenance service of the complete unit is also available, including maintenance of monitors, casings, batteries and other components. The market for LCD televisions has flourished since 2008, therefore, besides offering an integrated RMA service system, A Win Nation also engaged in the maintenance services for LCD television factories such as BenQ in order to offer more diversified maintenance services to customers.
